Can a child bring some mini-Cheddars to school? Not only is it against the rules, the six-year old kid has been suspended. Becuase some expert from the state knows better than the parents - these edcrats go out of their way to make life miserable so that we all conform to there vision of utopia.
The only thing that exceeds their desire for control is the desire for revenue, so much so that they will take your state-provided lunches and throw them in the garbage if you don't pay.
I admit its not all bad. After all, the state is still teaching kids math and stuff, like fractions.
