Partnerships can always be tricky, especially when the acts of one or a small group of partners can drag the rest down the drain! Consulting firms are no stranger to these issues, and so when McKinsey faced a few scandals of its own, it fell to its Managing Partner Canadian Dominic Barton to clean up shop. Despiet some opposition, it sounds like he is doing a great job.
