House of Saddam

HBO has a new 4-part miniseries on the life of the deceased dictator and deluded victory-monger Saddam Hussein titled "House of Saddam" (not sure if you folks out West are receiving HBO yet). Worth watching, if only to see how crazy Uday Hussein really was.

Paul Newman RIP

The legendary actor has passed away after battling cancer. So many great movies he acted in, and for me, one of my favorite ones was The Verdict. Here is his summation at the end of the trial:

Former Mrs. Reagan and an outstanding actress in her own right dies. She was a model of grace throughout her life, and especially when it came to questions about President Reagan.
