A few years ago, ducks died in an oil pond here in Alberta. Prosecution sometimes result in fines. Sometimes no prosecutions. Sometimes private prosecutions.
But down south, they don't like their ducks dying and their prosecutors go nuts.
Why can't all our ducks in water catastrophies be more like the rubber ducky saga?
