It has been a while since I blogged about Lindsay Lohan. But her legal troubles mean that she has to make our blog every once in a while. Except this time, it is more because of her lawyer than her. She had fired her California lawyer earlier - yes the one that kept getting her out of trouble all these years. Now she hired a New York lawyer to come to Californioa and hopefully keep her out of jail. So far so good. Well not really. I was always taught that always try to go with the local legal representation except in the really complex cases. Why? Because local lawyers know local practice.
And that is where LiLo's new lawyer went wrong. The result is that the judge told her that her lawyer might not be her best choice for legal representation. Ouch.
What else might Ms Lohan and Mr Black have in common?
