UofA picks up another Rhodes scholarship this year. Two things struck me about Megan Engel, this year's recepient, who will be studying towards a doctorate in physics:
1. She is very confident in her belief in God, and clearly her faith has guided her throughout.
2. She was the president of the Tolkien Society. Wow - I had no idea this even existed at the UofA! That is great news for LOTR fans everywhere.
