House of Saddam

"The Law is anything I write on a piece of paper" - Saddam Hussein, deceased, law school dropout.

HBO has a new 4-part miniseries on the life of the deceased dictator and deluded victory-monger Saddam Hussein titled "House of Saddam" (not sure if you folks out West are receiving HBO yet). Worth watching, if only to see how crazy Uday Hussein really was.

"The Law is anything I write on a piece of paper"

That sure captures the SCC's view of things.

Wow - who knew Saddam was a legal positivist?

It certainly does simplify that whole "rule of recognition" business.
