Dispatch from Upper Canada: U of T Law Kids Art Show

As part of the holiday celebrations, the U of T Law Faculty put together an art show featuring the brilliant works of children of Faculty of Law students, staff and faculty. Submissions were also solicited from members of a local Girls Guide group. You can view the virtual gallery here.

Ah, to be a kid again and play with space lego (which is prohibitively expensive these days I might add).

I'm always amazed at how some kids have an incredible knack to draw/paint/be creative and put together something which at first seems a mess (to a harsh critic), but then turns into something incredible. Now all of their art is impressive, but I especially like Abby's, Monica's, Lee's and Charlotte's submissions.

And since I have a 2 year old niece supplying my fridge with a steady stream of decorative art, I also like Delilah's submission :)

Hmmmmm ... the profile under the artwork indicates that "Delilah" is 1 1/2 years old and the daughter of a staff member at U of T. I'm wondering if this is the granddaughter of one of my U of A colleagues.

Lewis? Is this a new "Klar" piece?
